Our History

Elevate was founded in 2021 by Norman Rodriguez with the mission of closing the gap between workforce demand and career readiness for adult learners in high-growth industries. Originally focused on career coaching and employer-readiness services, the company evolved into a structured vocational training institution..

In 2023, the institution launched its flagship program — the Elevate 1st Summit: Sales Development Representative Bootcamp — a 10-week, 130 clock-hour interactive distance learning program delivered via synchronous & asynchronous instruction.

This program was designed from its inception to align with industry hiring standards for entry-level technology sales roles and has operated on a continuous, cohort-based enrollment cycle since its initial offering.

Since 2023, Elevate has graduated more than 200 students across its program offerings and expanded its curriculum to include the Elevate Cyber Summit (Network Engineering) and a planned HVAC Technician program. The institution has secured regulatory approval as a licensed private institution through the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education, and has received operating exemptions from the Washington Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board and the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission.

Throughout this growth period, ownership and control have remained under Mr. Rodriguez, who continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer, President, and member of the Board of Directors.

Elevate is now pursuing initial accreditation with the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET), beginning with its Tech Sales program - Elevate 1st Summit: Sales Development Representative Bootcamp, as the next milestone in its commitment to institutional quality, student outcomes, and long-term sustainability.
